Human Biology at Logan is built for people heading into healthcare — whether that's a lab bench, a public health department, or a doctorate. Every required course runs in a  7-week format, two sessions a trimester. That pacing is why many students finish in three to four years instead of four.

You'll build a foundation in anatomy and physiology, cell biology, genetics, immunology, microbiology, biochemistry, public health, nutrition — and emerging topics like AI in healthcare.

The mission of the BSHB program is to empower students with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively contribute to the advancement of health sciences.

Labs are delivered online for the standard degree. The one exception is Chiropractic Direct students, during the 29 credit hours they complete inside Logan's DC program.

Chiropractic Direct: Finish Both in Six Years

Chiro-Direct isn't a separate application — it's built into the BSHB. You complete three years of the bachelor's, then move into the first year of Logan's Doctor of Chiropractic program while your final bachelor's year is still underway.

29 credit hours from that first DC year count toward both degrees. You aren't repeating coursework, and you aren't paying twice for the same credit hours.

Because the pathway draws on Logan's own DC curriculum, it's matched to the Council on Chiropractic Education's admission standards. You'll need a 3.0 cumulative GPA before beginning DC coursework.
