Has manual Cox/Flexion distraction for lumbar spine, air compressor tension controlled by electric pedal. Thompson pelvic drop controlled by same electric pedal, tension controlled by manual dial. Thompson drop on cervical piece. All cushions are brand new as of 2022. Motor, flexion distraction, and drops all in working order.
