50/50 split with a low cap. Existing practice, Core Chiropractic & Acupuncture at 500 Jungermann Rd. St. Peters, MO 63376. Currently low volume with room to grow. Step into existing patients and market yourself to continue growth. Receptionist is currently part-time at 27 hours per week. Practice has Estim and segmental traction unit with hydrocollator. Acupuncture certification is a bonus, but not required. The office is 1500 sq ft and two treatment rooms have therapist renting. You will have access to the PT bay and 3 treatment rooms.
