Senara Health and Spa is a multi-disciplinary health center offering conventional and complementary medicine, chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, weight loss, anti-aging treatments and a full service spa.

We are expanding and looking for an Associate Chiropractor to join our practice. The ideal candidate must be a motivated self-starter with the initiative and drive to grow a thriving chiropractic practice. Prospective applicants should be able to treat and work with patients in a wide variety of services, including chiropractic care, physical therapy, and nutrition.

Associate Chiropractor Job Duties:
Establish a patient base and meet practice goals for new patients and service production
Schedule and attend practice building screening events with local businesses and organizations
Review, evaluate and prescribe testing and treatment plan for new patients
Co-manage patients with other practice physicians
Administer chiropractic treatments and provide exceptional care to our guests
Meet weekly with practice physicians to plan and implement patient care plans
Respond to patient calls, e-mails, and voicemails throughout the day
Author content for social media outlets, working in conjunction with the Marketing Director
Assist with other projects as directed

Associate Chiropractor Skills and Qualifications:
Training and Educational Requirements:
Illinois Chiropractic License- current
Maintain current certifications and continuing education requirements during employment
Commitment to ongoing Chiropractic knowledge/training
Experience in nutrition, acupuncture, or physical therapy is a plus
Other required skills and qualifications include:
Must be goal-oriented and driven to build a patient base
Must have exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
Able to respond to questions in a tactful and professional manner
Must be organized, systematic and detail oriented
Must be able to multitask & thrive in a fast-paced medical office
Able to thrive in a team environment with little supervision
Must have high level of computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as good typing skill
Must have experience with electronic medical records
Must be in alignment with Functional Health, Chiropractic, and our work at Senara Health & Medical Spa
Must have strong clinical knowledge base
Must regard & maintain patient confidentiality
