Vitality Chiropractic is a patient-centered chiropractic and acupuncture clinic serving Jefferson City and the surrounding communities. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and compassionate associate to join our well-established practice. One of our established doctors has moved to be with family and we need a self-starter who is ready to step in and provide high-quality patient care for the long term, as soon as possible. Prospective applicants should be able to provide exceptional, individualized care using a variety of treatment modalities including traditional and low force chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy and therapeutic exercise.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough initial exams and re-exams (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
Order and review Diagnostic imaging/ Digital X-rays as medically necessary
Prepare individualized treatment plans and case management
Patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
Treatment- Chiropractic adjustments and various therapies and modalities
Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) and billing in EMR
Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care- working with medical provider to maximize patient outcomes.
Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Building positive doctor-patient relationships
Qualifications:
Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
Valid DC license in MO
Schedule:
Full-time (M-F)
No weekends
Salary:
Base salary plus monthly bonus potential, other setups may be negotiable.
