Year 1. Let’s get you adjusting as many kiddos, moms, and dads as you can handle! We’ll sharpen your certainty and conviction with all things care planning, table talk, PX 5-step neurotonal adjusting, and caring for the toughest cases through complete care plans.
Year 2. We’ll focus on communication and marketing. Perfect Storm workshops, Day 1 consults, Day 2 reports and progress reporting. We’ll get you confidently communicating neuro-based Chiropractic with clarity and conviction.
Year 3. Depends on you! If you’re passionate about opening and slaying your own office, we’ll
take you through all things business. We’ve done everything from an insurance-backed pain practice to an all CASH, all-in pediatric practice!
And if you’re destined to be a rock star associate on our team for many years to come we’ll fine tune year 1 and 2 growth points and focus on building your leadership skills💪🏼

We’re located in Waynesville, Missouri. We’re a quick 2-hour drive to St Louis, 1 hour from Springfield and the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Our location is truly a nature-lovers paradise. Canoeing, pontooning, fishing 🎣, hiking 🥾, biking…it all exists here! Base pay starts at 65k.
Salary for this position is based on experience to start, but grows with effort 💪! We’ve filled shifts for you so all you need to do starting out is adjust!
