Duties & Responsibilities
As a Human Resource professional, Nichole has been responsible for overseeing HR systems, handling employee relations, developing and implementing human resource policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, assessing staffing needs, develop and maintain effective strategies for recruiting, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, succession planning, designing training programs, and developing compensation plans.
