Dr. Julia Bartlett, DC is a distinguished higher education administrator and chiropractic professional with over 20 years of leadership experience. Currently serving as the Dean of Health Sciences at Saint Paul College, Dr. Bartlett oversees faculty, staff, and more than 17 programs, ensuring the highest standards of education and student success.
Dr. Bartlett’s previous roles include Dean of the College of Chiropractic at Cleveland University – Kansas City, where she led curricular enhancements and strategic planning initiatives. At Northwestern Health Sciences University, she served as faculty, Associate Dean and Acting Dean of the College of Chiropractic, where she chaired the Assessment Committee and led development of innovative student assessment programs.
An active member of the Council on Chiropractic Education’s Site Team Academy, Dr. Bartlett has contributed to numerous accreditation visits and self-studies. She holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Dr. Bartlett is dedicated to reducing barriers to quality education and fostering collaboration among faculty, staff, students, and industry partners to improve student success.
