Emily Pollman
Secretary and Library Assistant
Emily Pollman joined the Logan University Library team in 2021 as a Secretary/Library Assistant. In this capacity, she dedicates her time to providing essential circulation desk support, addressing directional, technological, and administrative inquiries. This year, Emily expanded her responsibilities at Logan by becoming the Administrative Assistant for the Department of Student Affairs. In this role, she handles reception duties, directing questions and concerns to the appropriate staff, faculty, or administrators, and oversees the coordination of student lockers and reimbursements. Emily enjoys interacting with students and is dedicated to fostering positive environments that contribute to their success during their time at Logan.
Possessing a Bachelor of Arts in Art History with a minor in Classical Studies from Truman State University, Emily brings a rich academic background to her professional roles. Her previous experiences include serving as a Research Assistant for a book on color theory and as a Docent Coordinator for an art association.
Outside of her professional life, Emily enjoys exploring museums and galleries, engaging in crafting activities, gaming, and reading.
