Dr. Deshae Redden is a dedicated educator and leader currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Operational Excellence, Planning, and Learning at Logan University. With a deep commitment to fostering academic excellence and innovation, she brings over 20 years of experience in sectors such as higher education, healthcare, government, and non-profit organizations.
Dr. Redden holds a Doctorate in Education from Maryville University, a Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Development from Saint Louis University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management from Lindenwood University. Her educational background equips her with a robust foundation in both management principles and the complexities of health information systems.
As a certified project manager and continuous improvement professional, Dr. Redden has successfully led initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and strategic priorities within organizations. She specializes in areas like curriculum and instructional design, program review, and data analytics, always aiming to leverage these competencies to improve student outcomes.

In her role at Logan University, Dr. Redden chairs the Continuous Quality Improvement and the Center for Learning and Leadership Committees. She actively participates on the Quality Texas Foundation Board of Examiners and the Hope Dream Center Board, where she continues to advocate for quality improvements and community engagement.
