Andrew Dorough, DC (‘12), DACCP
Biography
Dr. Dorough, is a native of St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. His passion lies in the study, research, care, and education on the topic of infant birth stress, strain, and trauma. Here are some of his accomplishments/contributions:

- Founder of the “Birth Trauma Foundation” – non-profit to raise funding for research and access to care.
- Conducting in office research on the study of infants who have experienced birth strain, strain, and trauma.
- Practice in a medical clinic for six years specializing in the care of infants with feeding dysfunction and birth trauma.
- Published papers on relevant clinical work in peer-reviewed journal: Journal of Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics (JACCP) and Pathways Magazine.
- Presented lectures at Logan University on multiple topics for students and licensed Chiropractors.
- Spoken as guest on several podcasts on relevant topics, internationally.
