While working on her master’s degree in athletic leadership and positive coaching at the University of Missouri, Brianna Kraft, MEd, LAT, ATC worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for the university’s track and field and cross country programs. There she met Brittany Ramirez, DC, MS, LAT, ATC, CCSP®, who introduced her to Logan University and the adjunct professor position teaching courses in the Master of Science in Sports Science & Rehabilitation (MS-SSR) program. From back pain to baton twirling, Miranda Proctor, trimester 2 Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) student, keeps herself busy. Miranda is competing in the IBTF World Baton Twirling Competition in England August 4-13. “It’s been a bit of a hectic schedule,” laughed Miranda. “In past years, I’d spend all day in the gym practicing. But with classes, homework and studying, I have had to time manage a lot differently.” This will be Miranda’s fourth time attending Worlds for baton twirling. Logan DC Students Compete in 2023 World Lacrosse Men’s Championship

The 2023 World Lacrosse Men’s Championship, which included the top 30 teams from around the world, took place at Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego this summer. Didier Fardin, a trimester 2 Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) student, and Gabriel Fardin, a trimester 3 DC student, represented their father’s country of France in the tournament and placed 18th in the world.
