Women’s Health Symposium Speaker: Dr. Catherine Wonders

An experienced yoga teacher, chiropractic acupuncturist and chiropractor, Catherine Wonders, DC will lead a presentation on “Yoga for the Female Patient” at this year’s Women’s Health Symposium. In her presentation, Dr. Wonders will discuss the latest research surrounding the benefits of yoga as it relates to women’s health and how to determine when yoga is an appropriate referral. She will also provide a guide to helping patients discover the type of yoga practice from which they will find the greatest benefit.
