A dream that was put on hold for five years is now coming to fruition for Jesse Politowski, DC (’13). The Logan clinician is starting a new chapter of his life in Vietnam where he plans to open a chiropractic clinic. “After I graduated from Logan, I worked in Southeast Asia for six years,” he said. “But during a trip back to the U.S., the pandemic hit. Growing up in South Bend, Indiana, Tyler Lymburner initially set his sights on becoming a physical therapist (PT). To reach this goal, he attended and graduated from Trine University in Indiana in 2013 with a degree in Exercise Science. A lifelong athlete, Zane Fakes played high school and college football and knows the importance of injury prevention and strength and conditioning in sports. While in high school, he played football in his hometown of Plainfield, Indiana. As an undergraduate student at Ball State University, he majored in exercise science and played as a tight end on the university’s football team. After earning his undergraduate degree, Zane returned to Ball State for his master’s degree in sports administration.  Logan University hosted its first ever Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society induction ceremony on Friday, March 22, 2024. The ceremony welcomed eight faculty members and 40 students into the nation’s oldest and most selective multidisciplinary honor society.    The ceremony showcased the inductees’ academic achievements and potential, aligning with Phi Kappa Phi’s mission to promote academic excellence and community service. MS-CP Faculty Member Jenny Brocker, DC Journey to Pediatric Care Excellence

Jenny Brocker’s, DC passion for pediatric care began in elementary school, where she first had the dream of becoming a pediatric doctor. Growing up as a chiropractor’s daughter, her path seemed naturally inclined toward chiropractic care, despite briefly considering other healthcare careers along the way. In 2007, she graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport campus. In 2008, Dr. Brocker was hired as a clinical chiropractor by Dr. Elise Hewitt, DC, DICCP, FICC, program director for Logan University’s Master of Science in Chiropractic Pediatrics (MSCP).
