Gary Mohr Named Chair of Logan University Board

Gary Mohr, MS has been named Logan University’s Chair of the Board of Trustees.  He most recently served as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees, a position he’s held since 2017. Mohr has spent his more than 40-year career in education, holding roles such as dean of continuing education, vice chancellor of community development and executive director of external affairs. He has earned numerous awards in education, including Outstanding College Administrator Award, the President’s Distinguished Service Award and the Outstanding Community Service Award, among many others. Logan University has established a partnership with the Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences (SUMHS) in Shanghai, which will present unique educational opportunities for students and faculty from both institutions beginning in 2020. Last weekend, the University of Memphis Tigers beat the Cincinnati Bearcats (29-24) to win the American Athletic Conference Championship.
