Logan University and the World Federation of Chiropractic (WFC) maintain a long-standing partnership built upon a shared mission to advance the chiropractic profession across the globe. The organizations’ relationship recently evolved when Logan was invited to host the 11th WFC Association of Chiropractic Colleges (ACC) Global Education Conference November 2-5, 2022. Third Annual Women’s Health Symposium, Oct. 30-31 In Person & Online

In partnership with the American Chiropractic Association (ACA), Logan University presents the third annual Women’s Health Symposium, October 30-31, 2021, on Logan’s campus and online. With a theme of “Transforming and Elevating Female Health,” the symposium will feature expert leaders in women’s health discussing topics such as menopause, treating the female athlete, chronic vulvar pain, breast imaging, pelvic floor dysfunction and more. The symposium is open to all health care professionals working with female patients and provides up to 12 hours of continuing education credits. Logan University and City of Chesterfield officials break ground on Logan Park

Earlier this week, Logan University and City of Chesterfield officials took part in a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Logan Park. The Mayor was joined by City Administrator Mike Geisel; Thomas McCarthy, CPRP, Director of Parks, Recreation & Arts for Chesterfield; as well as City Council members Aaron Wahl, Gary Budoor, Michael Moore, Mary Ann Mastorako and Dan Hurt. “Congratulations to the residents of Chesterfield, especially those who live in this ward,” said Chesterfield Mayor Bob Nation. “I am proud and pleased to have the opportunity to provide this park. An in-person commencement ceremony will be held for the August 2021 College of Chiropractic and College of Health Sciences graduates on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at 10 a.m. in the William D. Purser Center on Logan’s campus. Additionally, an in-person commencement ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. to recognize the achievements of our April, August and December 2020 graduates of both the College of Chiropractic and College of Health Sciences. Van Dusen Named to Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners for 2021

The U.S. Department of Commerce’s National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has named Lee Van Dusen, DC, VP of Strategic Performance & Continuous Improvement at Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri, to the Board of Examiners for the 2021 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. The Baldrige Award is the nation’s highest honor for organizational innovation and performance excellence. Appointed by the NIST Director, examiners are responsible for reviewing and evaluating applications submitted for the Baldrige Award as well as other assessment-related tasks.
