In partnership with the American Chiropractic Association (ACA) Council on Women’s Health, Logan University presents the fourth annual Women’s Health Symposium, September 24-25, 2022, on Logan’s campus. With a theme of “Advances in Women’s Healthcare,” the symposium will feature expert leaders in women’s health discussing topics such as post-partum depression and choosing the right cleanse for female patient, whole food nutrition and sleep and more. The symposium is open to all health care professionals working with female patients and provides up to 12 hours of continuing education credits. Logan Hosts Sixth Annual ACES Workshop

Logan hosted its sixth annual Anatomy Centered Education & Science (ACES) workshop this month, which gives high school students a chance to explore careers in health care. The week-long summer program features hands-on procedures and is a great way for students who are interested in getting into health care determine what career path they want to pursue within the field. Adan Arredondo Adan Avila Arredondo is a proud Latino athlete who recently became part of the USA Para Powerlifting team in 2022. Growing up, Adan played various sports including wrestling, football, baseball, and cross country. A year after graduating high school, Adan suffered from several gunshot wounds in a mass shooting.
