Logan University is proud to welcome the community of Chesterfield to the new Logan Park! The 4-acre green space now features a playground, trail, pavilion, and pickle ball courts. Families are encouraged to take advantage of and explore the new recreational activities the site now offers. Doctor of Chiropractic Students Attend Career Roadshow in Milwaukee

Five students from Logan University’s Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) program attended a Career Roadshow in Milwaukee on March 9 and 10. Hosted by Logan Career Services, the event was designed to help student doctors explore a variety of career options and build their network of professional contacts. On March 9, the participating students—along with Jason Goodman, DC (’98), PhD, director of external clinical rotations and assistant professor at Logan—delivered a presentation to a group of undergraduate students from several universities throughout Wisconsin interested in applying to chiropractic school. MS-AND Program Celebrates National Nutrition Month

This March, students in Logan University’s Master of Science in Applied Nutrition & Dietetics (MS-AND) program will recognize National Nutrition Month through a variety of initiatives and activities. “Our goal is to focus on sustainable eating habits that can enable the Logan community to lead healthier lives while also helping the planet,” said Mandeep Kaur, an MS-AND student in her seventh trimester at Logan. “We also hope they become more aware of the MS-AND program and the skills and knowledge we bring to the table as future registered dietitians.” National Nutrition Month is an annual campaign the Academy of Nutrition …

Beatrice B. Hagen Award Presented at Logan’s 2023 Symposium

Logan University graduate Beatrice B. Hagen (‘40) went on to break two notable chiropractic gender barriers: serving as the first female president of an accredited chiropractic college (Logan University, 1982-92) and the first woman to serve on the Council of Chiropractic Education (1986-88). Dr. Hagen’s passion for education and furthering the profession of chiropractic care while breaking gender barriers continues to inspire female chiropractors to this day.
