Dominique Roberts came to Logan University to obtain her bachelor’s degree in human biology with the goal of working in the biotechnology field. “At the time, my goal was to integrate knowledge of 3D printing with creating prosthetics specifically for the veteran community,” said Dominique. “Being a disabled veteran myself, this mission was deeply personal. Claire Johnson, DC, MSEd, PhD, DACBSP, FICC was first introduced to chiropractic at 17 years old when she had her first adjustment. While she was pursuing her bachelor’s degree at the University of California in San Diego, her interest in becoming a chiropractor grew as she realized she enjoyed helping people become more functional. “One of the main events that confirmed my career path was when I had a health problem that no health provider was able to figure out except for a chiropractor,” Dr. Johnson said. “It was very powerful to be healed by someone just using his hands.” …
