Mike Wittmer, DC (’80) always had two rules as a member of Logan’s faculty. “Rule 1: Help students become a successful DC. A dream that was put on hold for five years is now coming to fruition for Jesse Politowski, DC (’13). The Logan clinician is starting a new chapter of his life in Vietnam where he plans to open a chiropractic clinic. “After I graduated from Logan, I worked in Southeast Asia for six years,” he said. “But during a trip back to the U.S., the pandemic hit. Growing up in South Bend, Indiana, Tyler Lymburner initially set his sights on becoming a physical therapist (PT). To reach this goal, he attended and graduated from Trine University in Indiana in 2013 with a degree in Exercise Science. Ferrahs Abdelbaset’s, DC (’08) introduction to chiropractic traces back to the early 2000s after getting the opportunity to shadow a graduate from Logan University’s Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) program. It was during this experience he discovered his passion for whole health care. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in biology from Saint Louis University, Dr. Abdelbaset enrolled in Logan’s DC program. “The DC program was great,” Dr. Abdelbaset said. “It was filled with wonderful classmates and a lot of faculty members who were great mentors. Growing up in St. Louis, Dr. Cutler golfed on Timberland High School’s state championship-winning team before playing Division I collegiate golf at Valparaiso University (Valpo) in Indiana. “My freshman year I won a college golf tournament and even got to play in the 2016 United States Amateur Championship,” Dr. Cutler said. “Our Valpo team was also the Division I academic champions in 2016; we had the highest GPAs …

Tyler Snodgrass, trimester 8 Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) student at Logan, was nominated as a student leader in honor of National Leadership Day. Growing up in Butler, Pennsylvania, Tyler attended Westminster College nearby, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in neuroscience on a premed track. Initially, his plan was to go into medicine.
