Logan University Announces Fourth Annual Women’s Health Symposium

In partnership with the American Chiropractic Association (ACA) Council on Women’s Health, Logan University presents the fourth annual Women’s Health Symposium, September 24-25, 2022, on Logan’s campus. With a theme of “Advances in Women’s Healthcare,” the symposium will feature expert leaders in women’s health discussing topics such as post-partum depression and choosing the right cleanse for female patient, whole food nutrition and sleep and more. The symposium is open to all health care professionals working with female patients and provides up to 12 hours of continuing education credits. Logan University and the World Federation of Chiropractic (WFC) maintain a long-standing partnership built upon a shared mission to advance the chiropractic profession across the globe. The organizations’ relationship recently evolved when Logan was invited to host the 11th WFC Association of Chiropractic Colleges (ACC) Global Education Conference November 2-5, 2022. Meet Allison Harvey, DC, instructor in Logan’s Master of Science in Chiropractic Pediatric program. Specializing in pediatric care, Dr. Harvey has been treating children since 2006 and is one of the only board-eligible Diplomates in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics (DICCP) in Missouri.
