Thirteen years ago, 32-time marathoner Jim Indelicato was running errands when he suddenly felt ill. He called his daughter, a nurse, who met him on the side of the road along with an ambulance. First-generation American and college graduate Katrina Marnin, MS, fell in love with higher education while working towards her master’s degree at Russell Sage College in Albany, New York. Arthur Kaufer, DC (’89) and David Kaufer, DC (’89) try to make their patients feel as at home as they do at their chiropractic practice. For 34 years the brothers have operated Kaufer Chiropractic from the same historic 1930s home where they grew up. “I leave my house in the morning, and I’m at home the rest of my day at my office,” Dr. David said. “Our practice is not a typical doctor’s office.
