Frequently Asked Questions

L4 stands for the four “L”s of Logan Life-Long Learning. Demonstrating that continuing education is not limited and supports and enhances the learner’s skills, knowledge, and abilities throughout their careers and their lives.

Here at L4 you have options of what you learn, when you learn, and how you learn. Come to campus to take an in-person seminar with colleagues and experts in the field. Take a couple of hours of on-demand, online courses at any time and any place you choose. Maybe you choose a hybrid course, where you read and watch videos to prepare for an in-person seminar in the near future for chiropractic care. Finally, maybe you join a group of colleagues as they interact online with the presenter for two hours in the evening, on a Saturday morning, from a beach…. You have options!

You can register for any type of continuing education course from one specific site. Once on the site, go to the right-hand corner and create an account. Once you create your account, you can register for upcoming courses or immediately take an online/on-demand course. You can print your attendance certificate upon completion and view past courses taken from the L4 site.

As soon as you complete an on-demand course on the L4 site, you will be able to print an approval attendance verification certificate. It will also be found in your account on our site.

The L4 online CE courses are on-demand. This means that anywhere and at any time that you have access to the internet, you can take a course. The courses are considered asynchronous. This means that the presenter and the learner are not on the course at the same time. The materials were pre-developed and you learn at your own pace on your own time.

No, you do not. You can start and stop the course at any time and return at a later date. Once enrolled in a course you have 120 days to complete the course.

You can take the courses as many times as you would like, but you can only get CE credit one time for each course. For example, you only get one online chiropractic CE but can take the course multiple times.

No, these learning opportunities will be constantly changing. New courses will be added throughout the year, so check back often.

Please, tell us what topics and learning experiences you would like. We would love to hear your ideas and feedback. Do not hesitate to let us know by emailing continuingeducation@logan.edu .

You will find a variety of courses, such as health sciences, on our site. As a whole health institution, Logan University offers a wide variety of topics. Some nutrition courses allow Doctors of Chiropractic and Registered Dietitians to take the same course for online CE credits. There are also courses, that do not offer CE requirement credit but just for the sake of learning the practice and enjoyment.
