Applications for 2021 Spring Scholarships open Tuesday, Dec. 15. View scholarship criteria and apply here.
This year, 28 scholarships ─ valued collectively at more than $63,000 ─ are available to current Logan students. Additionally, a new College of Health Sciences scholarship is being offered.
Applications close at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19.
Scholarships help reduce overall student loan debt while connecting students to alumni and potential employers. Applications go through a blind selection process, meaning those who review the scholarship applications are not provided with information about the applicant, ensuring a fair selection process.
All students are encouraged to check out the scholarship criteria to determine qualifications for applying. Review the following scholarship application tips:
- Use the application as an opportunity to showcase yourself – think about what you’ve done, how you are going to give back and your goals when you graduate.
- Don’t wait until the last minute to apply.
- Allow enough time to write your essay and take advantage of Logan’s Writing Center (writingcenter@logan.edu) to review your essay before submitting.
- Consider applying for more than one scholarship, if you qualify.
