Nina Kult

Director of Marketing and Communications

Nina brings nearly 20 years of communications and public relations experience to her role at Logan University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism + Mass Communications from the Greenlee School of Journalism at Iowa State University. Following graduation, Nina spent six years in print journalism, serving as a beat reporter for newspapers in Chicago and St. Louis and briefly worked as a freelance reporter for the St. Louis Business Journal and Midwest Living Magazine.

Prior to Logan, Nina spent 12 years at Common Ground Public Relations where she provided strategic communication counsel to clients in higher education, health care and hospitality, among others. While there, she worked on long-term branding and reputation management initiatives, managed publications and provided media relations and media training on behalf of clients.

Nina earned her accreditation in public relations in 2013 and is a member of the Public Relations Society of America. From 2015 to 2019, she served on the Board of Directors for the PRSA St. Louis chapter in the roles of Chief Ethics Officer and APR chair.
