We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Atascadero, CA. We have a stellar team, and we are looking to add an additional DC to our practice. We are seeking a Chiropractor who is skilled at adjusting, upbeat and a team player, someone who is passionate about chiropractic and helping others, and is driven to provide our patients with the highest quality, up to date care. We provide exceptional quality and patient-centered chiropractic care with innovative solutions to manage our patients pain, helping them to improve their quality of life, and promote optimum health. We have an amazing team of chiropractors, chiropractic assistants, case manager and office manager, and massage therapists!
Duties:
• Patient management and care
• Perform initial consultation/exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Digital X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments (pro-adjuster, diversified, drop table, and activator), rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Advise and monitor Chiropractic Assistant with patient care
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with healthcare team including assistants, massage therapists, and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in CA
Schedule:
• Full time (Mon-Thur 8-5:30 and Friday 8-11)
Compensation (range):
• $83k-$100k+
