We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Westford, MA. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is a subluxation-based chiropractor with a strong chiropractic philosophy and great adjusting skills, a team player, someone willing to learn and grow personally as a doctor and help grow our family wellness practice and is motivated and driven by a mission-based company.

Our team offers personalized care with functional medicine and comprehensive wellness assessments to understand our patients needs and get a holistic understanding of their health.

Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments (Gonstead- we can provide training if needed)
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Community events (spinal screenings, outside talks) occasionally
• Office coverage when clinic director is absent
• Weekly team meeting, trainings and doctor trainings

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in MA
• Appreciation for the Gonstead technique (not required, we will train you if needed)

Schedule:
• Full time (Mon-Fri with ½ days on Tue/Fridays)

Salary (range):
• $75k-$85k plus bonus potential
