Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chiropractor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage co-management responsibilities. This role involves not only providing high-quality chiropractic care but also coordinating with other healthcare professionals within our center to ensure comprehensive patient management.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and consultations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform chiropractic adjustments, manual therapies, and other modalities.
• Educate patients on health and wellness practices, including exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate and co-manage patient care with other healthcare providers within the center.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to ensure integrated care.
• Assist in developing and implementing clinic protocols and procedures.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to chiropractic assistants and support staff.

Qualifications:
• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Valid chiropractic license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in a multidisciplinary or integrative healthcare setting (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and co-management abilities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
