Isabel Woelfel, EdD

Adjunct Faculty

Dr. Woelfel has worked in the Kinesiology industry for the past ten years. She holds a B.S in Kinesiology specializing in Fitness, M.A in Kinesiology specializing in Sports Management, and an EdD in Kinesiology. She has extensive experience teaching undergraduate-level courses such as Diet and Exercise for Weight Management, Exercise Physiology, Health and Fitness, Introduction to Kinesiology, Introduction to Physical Fitness & Wellness, Motor Development, Higher Wellness, Fundamentals of Physical Fitness, Principles of Physical Fitness Assessments, Weight Training, Kickboxing, and Zumba Fitness. She is also a certified ACE Health Coach and Personal Trainer, and an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. Dr. Woelfel’s goal is to inspire our college students to strive to be healthy and reach their potential. She aims to make a positive difference in their lives and their communities.
